Came & Company was established in September 1995 by Peter Came, who realised that there was still a requirement in the insurance markets for good, old fashioned, personal service and that many people still want to be looked after by someone who genuinely cares and wants to take the time to explain the ins and outs of general insurance contracts.

Since 1995 Came & Company has successfully specialised in providing its many valuable and varied clients with a highly personal, professional, bespoke insurance service. We look after all types of commercial enterprises, from farms to factories, and cottages to mansions. We are proud of the service we provide to all.

In 2003 we became members of Broker Network Limited - an umbrella organisation for Insurance Brokers. Broker Network controls premium income in excess of £450m and our membership places us on an equal footing with the largest national brokers, securing rating discounts and agreed service levels, whilst our independence and private ownership ensures that our personal, professional service remains of paramount importance.

We are also members of the British Insurance Brokers Association. Came & Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, the organisation that regulates the sale of General Insurance in the UK. Our FSA reference number is: 304073
